Everything excellent
Excellent experience at the hotel. We highlight the kindness of all the staff, always attentive and willing to help. The atmosphere is very family-friendly and quiet, ideal for resting with your loved ones. The facilities and rooms are very well maintained, the pools are impeccable and the views are spectacular. The food is varied and of good quality. The entertainment was great, there were always activities and Ernesto made the stay more fun.
The area is perfect, right next to the motorway access, parking nearby and a 10-minute walk from the beach. In addition, you have several shopping centers nearby.
Overall, we have enjoyed it a lot. We will repeat without a doubt.

A very family-friendly hotel
Lovely two-week stay at this hotel.
The hotel was clean, the food was good and with options for even the pickiest children.
A 10-15 minute walk (at a toddler's pace) from the beach, with shops, bars and restaurants.
Our 18-month-old baby was unwell during the stay and the reception staff were so attentive that they managed to get a doctor to see him in less than half an hour and gave us directions to several pharmacies to get what we needed.
The kids' club was incredible for our two older children (4 and 6 years old). They loved going and usually they don't want to go anywhere without a parent accompanying them. The staff were very affectionate and kind, keeping the children entertained with all kinds of crafts, games and time in the park. The mini-disco at night was the highlight of their day! The team did everything possible to ensure they were happy and well taken care of.
We would recommend it without a doubt.

Great family holiday!
We have just returned from a week and I wish I had booked two. Excellent for families. Clean rooms, fresh towels daily. The children loved the heated pool and the general atmosphere. The hotel staff were great, they even gave my niece Maddison a chocolate cake for her birthday, a lovely touch. The entertainment was wonderful, a special shout-out to Ernesto, Espe and Noidys, who were great during the day. We will definitely book again! Thanks to everyone xx

Fantastic holiday destination
I travelled to this lovely hotel and stayed with my family, 7 of us the first week and 11 the second week, 6 adults and 5 children. We had a really great time. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, it's a lovely place.
 We stayed in the 2 bedroom annexe apartment on the ground floor (Our other families had junior suites). The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious and decorated nicely. It was right next to the drinks bar which opened at 5am so very convenient for a morning coffee. The water is also left on all night. The beds were comfy and air conditioning worked well especially in the kids room as it's a separate unit.
 We enjoyed all our meals in the buffet restaurant. The restaurant manager and team leader Madelina welcomed us every day and were very accommodating in getting us a table ready for all 11 of us.
 There is a good selection of drinks available from the pool bar and the black and white bar. Ismail and Victor always delivered a good service with a smile.
 The entertainment activities were timetabled during the day. There was pool, darts, rifle shooting, archery, dancing, football, water polo and aqua gym. We liked to join in things but sometimes we didn't know when things were on and this could be improved by announcing activities on the microphone. Laura and José and team were fun and friendly especially to our children.
 The evening entertainment was a kids disco (a variety of songs that changed daily) followed by a magician, singer, bingo, quiz or dancing.
 The hotel really excels with it's pool areas. There was no silly early rush for sunbeds, we could go there at 8 if we wanted a certain spot and there were still beds available at 1pm when we returned from the beach. The splash park is absolutely lovely with the drinks bar next to it, great for families with small children. We played the animation games and won a visit to the spa which was also really lovely. We also visited the roof terrace which has amazing views.
 The shops are 5 minutes away and the beach (playa fanabe) can be walked to and from in about 15 - 20 minutes.
 All in all we had a great holiday and would recommend this hotel to families.

A wonderful stay
Wonderful stay at the Chatur Hotel in Tenerife. Everything was perfect: the pool, restaurant, reception, and all the staff were very kind and friendly. Always happy to come back!
The buffet was delicious and the rooms were beautiful! I highly recommend it for a wonderful vacation.

Absolutely amazing!
We can’t wait to book again. Everything worked well for us as a family.
Arrived late on the Friday evening, got checked in super fast and was given a bag of sandwiches, fruit, and water — we had never received anything like that before, we thought it was amazing!
The apartment in the annexe was huge, recently all been renovated, painted and looked like new beds, super comfy and clean, lots of room with two sofa beds for the children and a large bed in the bedroom for parents. Loved we had a fridge and microwave as my children still have milk. We were on the lower level which was great being close to the drinks bar, kids pools, and park. Large balcony with towel rack. Cleaners do a great job.
All staff so lovely and friendly, kids club was amazing, never seen a play room on site before where the children could play under cover safely.
Now the food was great in our opinion — probably would get a little boring after a week but we always found something to eat and mainly it’s kid friendly which we loved as we have an autistic son who loves pizza, pasta, and nuggets and these were available every evening which doesn’t happen in many hotels, so we were super happy the kids eat well at this hotel and is the main reason for us to return.
We rented a car which was great and easy with free parking behind the hotel and free parking down the beachfront. We just drove everywhere, it is a bit of an uphill walk.
Pool areas were huge with so much choice! Lovely kids splash area with shallow water and toy water features and then a lovely warm and cool main pool with a hot tub in the middle was luxurious.
Only downfall — the WiFi didn’t work well. And child-free spaces are only up to 6 years old. Please change as we really want to return next year with a 7-year-old! Also, the evening food doesn’t open until 7pm and the mini disco is 8:30pm which is late for our children but I guess you can’t please everyone.
Jet2 with Siam park tickets was absolutely amazing, we went every day just to sit on the beach most of the time which was great, we parked for free at Siam mall next door.
We will definitely return — great hotel for families.

First time in Tenerife
Beautiful hotel, clean and well maintained.
Spacious pools for both children and adults.
Not very frequented by Italians, but at the reception you can find staff who speak Italian correctly.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beach.

They create fantastic evening shows and poolside entertainment with games and sangria, ensuring plenty of fun for everyone, including the kids.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the food is simply exceptional—a real highlight! The kitchen staff works diligently to serve delicious meals that satisfy every taste. Plus, there's plenty of drinks to keep you refreshed throughout your stay.

The only disappointment was the photography team, who ended up asking £280 for 45 digital photos; they finally settled on £180, but honestly, it's way too expensive. This is a steal compared to other resorts where you get 50 photos for £100 on a USB stick. Furthermore, the prices at the hotel shop for souvenirs and pool toys are three times higher than those at the beach shop, which is just a five-minute walk away.

The hotel is very good
Just got back after 1 week staying at this hotel and after reading some reviews I was on the fence.. but couldn't fault 1 bit Food was good Hotel is clean if a little dated but otherwise spot on ... friendly and helpful staff.

I had a problem with my refrigerator not working in my room and within 1hr it was replaced with a new one.
Keep in mind this is a 3 star hotel and I can say it was better than some 4 star I have stayed at.
Once again, I couldn't fault it one bit and would recommend it.
